Comprehensive Reiki Mentorship Program

Yes, of course you can. This course is specifically for people who would like a career overhaul, perhaps to add Reiki to their current healing profession, or start a Reiki business. This is complete, zero-to-Master level business training. Students graduate with more practice hours and trauma-informed knowledge than many active practitioners in the state.

Online students and in-person students will attend class together on Tuesday evenings, from 7:00 – 9:30 pm EST.

Online students will attend on Zoom, be able to ask questions and participate in meditations and discussion.  In-person students are encouraged to include the online learners as much as possible.

For practice, in-person and virtual students will sometimes be paired to practice distance/remote healing techniques. Online students will attend and observe in-person practice time as a Zoom participant, learning how to hold space and heal remotely.

In-person and virtual students will receive the same certifications.  They are all one cohort.

The hybrid model also offers students the option to attend virtually or in-person depending on their schedule or needs.

There may be weeks where the class is held fully online because Jessica is traveling.  The hybrid model supports this flexibility for both students and instructor.

Think of this almost like an apprenticeship. This course is for people who want more information, support and practice than a weekend workshop can provide. Some people find that when they become certified in Reiki via a one-day class, they still don’t feel confident enough in their skills to do much with it. This class provides consistent, weekly opportunities to learn and practice. Most students graduate feeling fully ready to pursue Reiki as a career or add Reiki practices to their current profession.

Also, working with the public requires practitioners to be very ethical and grounded in themselves. This class covers ethics and allows for long-form self-exploration, giving students time to excavate and process their own shadows and ego-pitfalls. This self-healing time allows them to be better healers of others later on.

The class is designed for people who want to become professional Reiki practitioners, or who would like to add Reiki skills to their current career. Obviously no one is obligated to become a practitioner after taking the course, but I try to maintain the class spots for people who are serious about eventually working with the public and who would benefit from in-depth training in that regard.

Attunements strengthen and widen a person’s energetic core, which leads to better sensitivity. By attuning each chakra, students gain more and more sensitivity in their hands and better insight into a client’s needs. By going in-depth into each chakra via attunement and guided meditation, students also learn about themselves. It is a self-healing environment that informs a student’s own practice.

The 8th attunement will be a culminating Master Level attunement.

Yes. Students begin the year with 2 months of energy sensing and basic energetic manipulation (beaming, circuiting, etc.) During this time, which is considered Level I, there are 3 attunements.

In November we go into Reiki II curriculum by learning the Power and Moon symbols and the Distance symbol.  Students learn distance healing, embodying, and specific techniques for ailments and demographics.

Then in April – June we go into Master Level training by learning the Master symbol, how to attune and how to extract. Students are then certified as Reiki Master Teachers.

We spend time learning emotional anatomy, trauma-informed techniques, meridian systems, addiction response, techniques for treating specific diseases such as cancer and auto-immune disorders, birth work, how to work for children and the elderly, ethics, best business and marketing practices, how to handle difficult clients, and more.  

Students complete their clinical practice hours during class, both on peers and the public.

Curriculum for CRT

As a Traditional Japanese Technique class, this course does not teach Usui Shiki Ryoho hand positions.  Traditional Japanese Technique is less about routine and more about sensing the individual needs of the person.

We will also cover intuitive movement, diagnostic sensing, circuiting, chakra balancing*, and deep aura cleansing.

*I recognize that chakras were not part of the original Traditional Japanese Technique teachings. However, the two perspectives blend beautifully and I choose to refer to the class as Traditional Japanese Technique because we learn the sensing and sending style original to Japan, not the routine Western style of Reiki.

I can accept a maximum of 6 students in this class, but that will be split between in-person and virtual learners.

Classes will be held Tuesday evenings from 7:00 – 9:30 pm at Historic Savage Mill in Savage, MD or on Zoom.  Any student can join via Zoom if they aren’t able to make it in person. Class begins September 8, 2026 and runs weekly until June 15, 2027.

You are still welcome to take this class. Some of my former students already had their Master Level certification from shorter workshops prior to taking this course, and discovered that they grew in their knowledge and skills.

I would encourage any student who feels frustrated with course material or their experience to talk to me. Nothing is set in stone and I can adjust curricula to suit student’s needs.  

Any student who drops out, even after one class, will not receive a refund.  Students must sign a contract as part of registration agreeing to this stipulation.

I take my relationships with my mentees very seriously, and have created opportunities for them to remain connected to their practice and receive support while they build their businesses.

I hold monthly closed, hybrid Reiki shares for my students to continue to practice and receive Reiki. These are free events and meant to keep students practicing and connecting with other graduates.

I offer monthly virtual Peer Supervision Circles for students to gather and talk through issues they may be having with their practice.  This could be anything business-related or personal. Together we brainstorm solutions and I channel wisdom from Spirit as well.  For right now these circles are also free.

After completing the course, students have the option to drop in to a current cohort to retake any lesson they may want to review, even attunement classes.  There is a small fee to drop-in.

I also offer shadowing opprtunities.  This means students can, for a small fee, sit in with me in a client session and treat alongside me.

The investment for this 112-hour program is $3950. 

There is a $500 discount for paying in full before September 1st, 2026.

A $500 deposit is required upon registration to hold your space in the class.  The remaining balance is due by June 1, 2027.
